Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details.

Shipping Charges

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹100 per order.

  • This shipping charge is separate from any Cash on Delivery (COD) advance payment.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Our standard delivery timeline is 4 to 7 business days after order processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Shipping location

  • Courier partner availability

  • Regional or national holidays

📌 Please note: Most courier partners do not operate on Sundays or public holidays.

Important Note for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

To reduce unnecessary returns and ensure order confirmation:

  • All COD orders require a mandatory advance payment of ₹100–₹200 per product.

  • The exact advance amount (especially for mobile phones) is mentioned on the respective product page.

  • The advance amount is not deducted from the total order value.

After placing a COD order:

  • Our team will contact you to confirm your shipping address.

  • Payment details for the advance amount will be shared.

Accepted advance payment methods:

  • Paytm

  • Google Pay

  • PhonePe

  • Any UPI method

🚫 Orders without advance confirmation will not be shipped.

Delayed Deliveries

In rare situations, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Courier service holidays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

We will keep you informed throughout the shipping process in case of any delays.
