Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details on your registered phone number and email.

Shipping Charges
• We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹49 per order, applicable on all orders across India.
• This shipping fee is calculated at checkout and is displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time
• Our standard delivery timeline is 4 to 7 business days after order dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary depending on:
– Product availability
– Shipping location (remote areas may take longer)
– Courier partner availability
– Regional or national holidays
• Please note: Most courier partners do not operate on Sundays or public holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
To reduce unnecessary returns and ensure genuine order confirmations:
• All COD orders require a mandatory advance payment of ₹49 per order.
• The ₹49 advance is a confirmation fee to validate your order. It is non-refundable and is not deducted from the total order value.
• After placing a COD order, our team will contact you to confirm your shipping address and share payment details for the advance amount.
Accepted advance payment methods:
– Google Pay (UPI)
– PhonePe (UPI)
– Paytm (UPI)
– Any UPI method
• Orders without advance confirmation will not be shipped and will be auto-cancelled after 48 hours.

Order Tracking
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email.
• You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the message.

Delivery Attempt & RTO (Return to Origin)
• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times on consecutive business days.
• If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and shipped back to our warehouse.
• In case of RTO:
– The ₹49 advance/confirmation fee is non-refundable.
– For re-delivery, a new shipping fee of ₹49 will apply.
– Please contact our support team to arrange re-delivery.

Serviceability
• We currently deliver across India.
• Delivery to certain remote or rural pin codes may take additional time.
• If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of order placement or shortly after via SMS/email.

Delayed Deliveries
In rare situations, delivery may be delayed due to:
• Courier service holidays
• Weather disruptions
• Natural disasters
• Remote or non-serviceable locations
• Government restrictions or lockdowns
