Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • The mobile must be in the same condition as received, without signs of misuse or physical damage.

  • The product must include the original box, accessories (if provided), and proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your Nokia mobile, the fastest method is to return the item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred model.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
