Warranty Coverage

• All refurbished Nokia mobile phones purchased from vintagearena.shop come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that arise under normal use, including:
  – Display malfunction
  – Speaker or microphone issues
  – Charging port defects
  – Keypad or button failure
  – Software-related functional problems
  – Battery performance issues (significant drain under normal use)

What Is NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover:
• Physical damage, scratches, dents, or breakage caused by drops or impact
• Water damage or liquid spills
• Damage from unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering
• Normal wear and tear (minor cosmetic aging)
• Damage caused by using incompatible or non-standard chargers/accessories
• Issues arising from misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Lost or stolen devices
• Accessories (chargers, cables, earphones, etc.) — these are not covered under warranty
• Any device returned without proof of purchase

How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim:

   – Photo or video of the problem (if applicable)

5. The device must be sent in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Repair, Replacement & Refund

• If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair the device at no extra cost.
• If the device cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement of the same or equivalent model.
• If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Repair or replacement turnaround time is typically 7–10 business days from the date we receive the device.

Important Notes

• Shipping costs for sending the device to our service centre are borne by the customer.
• Return shipping after repair/replacement is covered by Vintage Arena.
• The warranty is applicable only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
